The only beef I have with this product is the lack of easy connections. Everything is on bottom requiring tipping the TV over in order to connect anything. I love my iPod touch! I have had a lot of different mp3 players, but this is not an mp3 player...it is much more. I love that you can read books on it, play games, read the Bible, access the internet (if you are lucky), etc. Yet, I don't like that you can't listen to the radio (since I do that more than listening to the music I currently have). I went to several [...] looking for the right TV. I watch a lot of sports and a lot of the TVs in the stores had so much motion blur during fast motion it would've been very upsetting to purchase such an awful TV. I think the problem was the screen refresh time because most of the TVs in the store had a 6ms refresh time while this has 4. Fantastic color, easy to use, great viewfinder which works perfect for outdoor recording. This camcorder is a bit bulkier than many other HD models out right now, but is comfortable to hold while shooting.
The software included is needed to download videos to your computer, but I am using Pinnacle Video v.12 Ultimate for editing my videos. The manual is a bit lame also but gives enough of the More Detail.....

Great camera, very intuitive menus, very easy to use, extremely light and small. Battery life is not as bad as described by some. I needed a set with more input options than is typical. Also important was the ability to show good color over large vertical viewing angles (from below, especially). The Sony met both of those requirements very well. The interoperability with a PlayStation 3 was an unanticipated benefit.
